If you are a family new to Water Otters please know that we give priority registration to returning families (which we hope you will be next year!).
This means that all families who took lessons in 2024 (or earlier) will be able to register during the 2-week priority registration window of February 1st – February 15th.
*After February 15th you will have the opportunity to select from the remaining classes available.*

Starting on February 16th you will be able to begin the easy 2 step enrollment process which is:
#1 REGISTRATION & #2 ENROLLMENT
- REGISTRATION – You will first fill out the “Registration Form” which includes your basic family contact information and additional necessary details. As you complete the Registration Form you will be asked to choose a password to create and gain access to our new Parent Portal.
- ENROLLMENT – You will then login to your newly created Parent Portal account (using your email as your login and recently chosen portal account password) where you will be able to pay for classes. The Parent Portal will be where all your personal information is accessible such as your family’s lesson schedule, payments, and notifications. The Parent Portal will also be where you can view and enroll in upcoming classes throughout the season.
*Please note, if you are a NEW FAMILY who has NEVER taken classes with Water Otters, your enrollment will be PENDING, regardless if payment has been submitted.
If we haven’t already connected, after we receive your registration/enrollment information we will contact you to discuss your families specific needs, answer any additional questions you may have, and go over Water Otters policies and procedures. Only after connecting with you will we will be able to confirm and complete your enrollment. ALL new families must connect with Water Otters admin staff before lesson approval will be given.
